Message from the Principal’s Office
Dear Parents, Students, and Community Members,
As we approach the end of another busy term, I am pleased to share some of the exciting activities and achievements that have taken place at our school recently.
Year 11/12 PGL Camp
Our senior students had a fantastic time at the PGL Camp. It was an excellent opportunity for them to bond, develop leadership skills, and prepare for the challenges ahead as they approach their final years of schooling. The camp offered a range of activities that encouraged teamwork, resilience, and self-discovery. The students returned with renewed energy and focus, ready to tackle their studies.
Year 8 Phillip Island Camp
Our Year 8 students also enjoyed an adventurous camp at Phillip Island. The camp was a perfect blend of education and fun, with students exploring the natural beauty of the island, participating in team-building exercises, and learning about local wildlife. The camp was a memorable experience that strengthened friendships and provided students with lifelong memories.
Book Week
Book Week was a highlight, with students embracing the theme by coming dressed as their favourite book characters. The creativity and enthusiasm displayed by the students were truly inspiring. From classic literary figures to contemporary favourites, the school was alive with colour and imagination. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the joy of reading and the importance of literature in our lives.
Song Room
We are excited to announce the beginning of the Song Room program at our school. This initiative aims to promote wellbeing through music, offering students a unique outlet to express themselves and connect with others. Music has a profound impact on emotional health, and we are thrilled to provide this opportunity for our students to explore their creativity and improve their wellbeing.
Student Support Group Meetings
Finally, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the parents who attended the recent Student Support Group meetings. Your involvement and support are crucial to the success of our students, and it was great to see so many of you taking an active role in your children's education. These meetings provide a valuable opportunity to collaborate, share insights, and ensure that every student is receiving the support they need to thrive.
Thank you for your continued support of our school community. Together, we are making a positive difference in the lives of our students.

The Year 11 and 12 students' recent camp was an experience that went beyond the confines of the classroom, fostering friendships and personal growth through a variety of activities.

News from Parks & Gardens
The Parks and Gardens students have been busy working towards finishing off their modules to complete a Certificate II in Conservation and Ecosystems Management.
They have been working from the New Holland Drive Campus. Some of the tasks they have recently completed include mowing the lawns, picking lemons for the staff, weeding the garden and planting cucumber and basil seeds.
The students also enjoyed helping Pete stain the fence.
Along with the Parks and Gardens program the students have also enjoyed some extra curricular activities such as bowling and a camp at PGL Campase Downs in Kyneton. A great time had by all.
